General Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing insight-focus.digital and enrolling in programs operated by Insight Focus ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

2. Services Description

We provide IT training focused on API integration and workflow automation. Course descriptions, schedules, and pricing on the website are informational. Enrollment is confirmed only after written acceptance and payment instructions are completed.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain credential confidentiality for learning platforms, and use materials only for personal or internal business learning. Sharing login credentials or redistributing proprietary materials without permission is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All curricula, slides, code samples, and branding remain our property or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials during and after your enrollment for learning and portfolio demonstration, unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Japanese law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or courses. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Yamagata Prefecture, Japan.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abusive conduct toward staff or participants, or non-payment. You may stop using our services at any time; refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation policy.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms with a revised "last updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email when practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
