Refund & Cancellation

1. Eligibility Overview

Refunds apply to tuition paid directly to Insight Focus for listed courses. Third-party fees, software subscriptions, and exam vouchers are non-refundable through us.

2. Cooling-Off Period

For distance contracts under Japanese consumer rules, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase if the course has not started and materials beyond a welcome pack were not accessed.

3. Full Refund Conditions

Full refunds are issued when we cancel a cohort, when you cancel within the cooling-off window meeting the conditions above, or when duplicate payment is verified.

4. Partial Refunds

If you withdraw after the course starts but before the midpoint date listed in your enrollment letter, you may receive a partial credit of up to fifty percent toward a future cohort within twelve months, at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Application fees, late registration surcharges, issued certificates, and completed intensive modules are non-refundable. Digital materials downloaded in full are considered consumed.

6. Request Process

Email hello@insight-focus.digital with your full name, course name, payment reference, and reason. We acknowledge within three business days and decide within fourteen business days.

7. Processing and Exceptions

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within twenty business days. Force majeure, documented medical leave, or employer billing disputes may be reviewed case-by-case under Japanese consumer protection standards.
