Data is processed to deliver courses, respond to inquiries, improve our website, send operational notices, comply with legal obligations, and—where you opt in—send program updates and analytics.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on contract performance (enrollment), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (marketing cookies and newsletters), and legal obligations where applicable under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) of Japan.

5. Retention

Enrollment records are retained for seven years for accounting and dispute purposes. Marketing consents are kept until withdrawn. Server logs are rotated within ninety days unless needed for security investigations.
